HIGHLIGHTED SERVICES

Work with a solutions-oriented think partner in creating a space for conversation while valuing integrity in containing confidential and/or sensitive information and brainstorming possible outcomes that best meet the needs of the school and/or individuals.

Partner with a Professional Development facilitator and/or presenter. Collaborate to deliver important information, training, expectations, etc... to school staff. Work together to establish protocols and procedures to ensure successful implementation and ongoing efforts.

With an experienced Visiting Team member and chairperson, review the accreditation process and proceed in alignment with the needs of the school. Services may include staff collaboration meetings, documenting evidence, written narratives and/or the overlaying common voice of the compiled report.

Services may include composition of communications aligning with school handbook guidelines, mission and philosophy, proofreading for content, grammar and spelling, and/or disseminating communication content. Composition will include counsel for proactive or responsive approach.

Opportunities include, but are not limited to, creation of documents and/or documenting processes, gathering existing documentation to compile summary reports and/or observational feedback for further review by the school.

Aligning with the needs of the school, opportunities include tracking data of current processes or tracking data of program initiatives with measurable benchmarks to determine progress towards school goals.
